Below you will find IMPORTANT information regarding summer rental of your leased property with us. FOLLOW PROPER PROCEDURE OR YOU WILL GET “DENIED”
(And we don’t want that!)
Please keep in mind, any leasing this summer will still require the paperwork and procedures to be followed below:
1. Complete Summer Lease Request Form
2. EVERY tenant on the “Current Lease”
MUST sign the “Property Release”
Form, regardless if they will be living there this summer.
3. Submit the completed “Lease Request” and “Property Release
” form and to the rental office no later than 04/14/17.
4. If approved, pay rent in full and fully execute summer lease no later than 04/24/17.
This information is for anyone who has a signed lease with our agency for this year or next term and is interested in Summer Leasing. The Summer Lease “REQUEST” form MUST to be returned as instructed below. “CURRENT TENANTS”
refers to the tenants who have signed the school term lease, either 16-17 or 17-18. This will be on a first come first serve basis.
If you are interested in a Summer Lease, please fill out and submit the “Summer Lease Request Form” and have all “Current Tenants”
sign the “Summer Lease Property Release Form”. These must be turned into our office no later than April 14, 2017. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Once we receive this information we will review and call, approved properties to schedule an appointment for summer tenants to sign a Summer Lease by April 24, 2017.
The charge for SUMMER LEASE is $650.00 per person and a $300.00 deposit. All monies are due at lease signing. Keep in mind this is on first come first serve basis.
